Very nice ride. The best was the guide Julian!!! Fun and very complete.
Visit with a French guide. The explanations were very clear, and it was evident that the guide mastered and loved her subject. No regrets, except for the fact that after 3 hours, I was completely exhausted after my arrival in the morning! But I recommend it!
Look, it was OK, but not great. First, it wasn't easy to find the ticket office to pick up our tickets. But when we did, that was OK - a staff member escorted us to the entrance, which was useful. Then, it wasn't made clear to us that sleeveless tops were not allowed in the cathedral. Maybe we could have guessed, but it would have been an easy thing to say in the confirmation instructions! Then, the audio guide wasn't easy to use. It came with a map of the cathedral floor with numbered items, but they didn't correspond to the app, so it was very difficult to find the correct audio clip for what we were looking at.

We chose the audio guide, but the app was difficult to use. There was a map of the cathedral corresponding to various audio clips, but the map only had numbers, not names, so it was difficult to find the right audio.

Avoid, buy tickets direct yourself. With this company you have to go to other locations to pick up tickets, deal with very rude staff and then be walked back to the cathedral via a nonsensical route to be dumped and left to fend for yourselves. They put you in groups of 8, give 1 person the tickets and then leave. We did not know the other people and quickly became separated from those with the tickets. This company should be barred from operating.

Upon arriving at the meeting spot, my group was told that the company did not have any tickets for the cathedral, and were asked to come with our guide to a second location to receive a refund or cash to purchase tickets at the cathedral. However, there were no tickets available as the cathedral was sold out. After we walked to the second location, we were told that the company did not have enough cash to provide refunds, and we would instead need to wait for a reimbursement through our credit card. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We received no advance notice that the company did not have the tickets, and instead had to waste an entire morning getting scammed.

Audio Guide Tour meant you took your own phone and downloaded commentaries from the App Store! The Cathedral was difficult to navigate and we lost interest quite soon. We did enjoy the tower, and how easy it was to access it

Very frustrating communication and a highly disappointing experience. We purchased these tickets and, even now, we’re not sure why a ticket pick-up location was required. We received digital tickets with barcodes, which naturally led us to believe that everything was ready for entry. Our scheduled entrance time was 4:00 pm. When we were refused entry at the Cathedral, we discovered that the office where we were supposedly meant to collect the tickets was already closed. We also struggled to locate the office in the first place, as the instructions provided were unclear. As a result, six people were left extremely disappointed and missed out on an experience we had planned and paid for. Despite what we believe was misleading information from Viator regarding the ticket collection process, no refund was offered. Based on this experience, I will not be using this site again and cannot recommend it to others. Ps.: The entrance tickets at the Cathedral is €15 each
Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. Please note that your voucher clearly states that you are required to visit our office to collect both the tickets and the audio guide. Additionally, all of our offices remain open later than the final admission times for the monuments. Kind regards from Seville.
We purchased this tour because the cathedral website was sold out of tickets. However, when we arrived the morning of the tour, the operator told us that they made a mistake did not have any tickets. They then promised to take us to their other office to get a cash refund. When we arrived at the second office, we were then told that they did not have enough cash, but would take us to the cathedral ticket office to attempt to get in, even though they were told repeatedly by many people that there were no more tickets available for that day. We did not receive a refund and only got a piece of paper saying that we should be refunded later. We have still not received a refund and are working with our bank to cancel the charge. We were really disappointed by the operator’s deception and the fact that they wasted our morning instead of cancelling the tour.
