Sevilla: Guided tour to Cathedral and Giralda

Description
Seville Cathedral, built in the 15th century on the site of a 12th century mosque, is one of the largest and most impressive churches in the world. On this 1 and a half hour guided tour, you will admire its spectacular golden altarpiece and the vast collection of art. The most important piece of the complex of the cathedral of Seville is the famous bell tower of the Giralda. The tower, which reaches a height of 98 meters, was built as a minaret at the end of the 12th century. Discover the origins of the complex as an Arab mosque and see more evidences of this in the Ablution Courtyard. Explore the collection of important works of art representing several centuries and decorate the 44 chapels of the Cathedral and the central part of the nave. At the end of the tour, say goodbye to the guide and climb to the top of the Giralda to soak up the magnificent views of the city. NIGHT TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GIRALDA OR THE PATIO DE LOS NARANJOS

The guided tour I hired said it was 11⁄2 hours and we won’t have been more than 45 min. The guide would begin the explanations before the whole group reached the sites and leave no time for questions. The worst guided tour I've ever been on, I don't recommend anything.
Buyers beware!!!! We could not find the group we were misdirected to another group who took ages trying to help us we saw no flags no obvious Viator representatives we called and nobody could help us with meeting with our group we were on time and walked about for 30 mins. Clear areas must be marked out for tourists feel completely robbed.
The check in process was chaotic but our guide Alejandro was excellent. He was personable, informative and knowledgeable of the cathedral and area
Meet at 3pm Cathedral entrance 3:40pm. A lot of expectations. Inside a lot of people. It’s hard to get close to the commented places. We planned another reservation. The scheduled visit at 3 p.m. did not begin until 3:40 p.m. It was supposed to last an hour and a half. So we took another reservation for 6 p.m. at another location in Seville. But the tour ended at 5 p.m. It would be good to specify the exact start time of the visit for the personal organization of the clients. Otherwise Antonio was friendly.
Beautiful and large cathedral with a little bit of Columbus ggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
You can stay in the cathedral without a guide, and there is much to see without explanation.
We have reserved a guided tour Plus for 109,00 euros with 15 people, but we have been with a group of 30 people. The alleged coordinator said "you should do it before you are without leadership and without the possibility of getting my money back. It was a very bad leadership. The tour guide left the group alone for 30 minutes so you can go to Giralda Tower yourself. When he came back we just had 50 min of guidance and he kept repeating the very simple and general information... It was very disappointing!! Viator ignored my complaint and we have a very bad impression of Viator and her organization!!!!
Great experience. Informational tour guide with humor and interesting context. Good for families. Xxx
Our tour guide Filippo really knew how to entertain his group with interesting historical facts about the cathedral and it’s history, mixed with some myths and funny stories.
Interesting because it provided general historical information of Spanish history and Arab rule. Susanna the guide explained with competence, sympathy and spirit
