Free city tour with guide Isacco: a good experience, about a couple of hours, let's say a sprinkle of information about the city, it could be more comprehensive from my point of view but still, the rating is positive. At the end, it is recommended to leave a "tip"
Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the Free Tour with Isacco and that the overall experience was positive. Free tours are designed as a general introduction to the city, offering an overview of Seville’s history and main areas in a relaxed format. Sadly when I turned up for my 3.40 tour after a long walk and leaving my family in the park to play as it was too long for them when we could have done something nicer instead together, there was no one standing at the meeting point so I rang to find out the time had changed to 5pm but had no email or call to re me this, not ideal when travelling with kids. The day had been planned out my other tour was booked for 6.30 so I couldn’t do both tours as it’s over two hours plus had to factor in walking back to my family and seeing other sights. Was told I’d get sent a screenshot of the notification I was set but didn’t get sent this either. An email would be good as I had one say in the city and spent nearly four hours to get back home by train so didn’t appreciate having my time wasted when they could wasilt have sent an email. Eve worse when travelling with young kids
Antonio, who’s a history professor, performed our tour perfectly in Spanish but he also speaks English and Italian, maybe even more. He provided suggestions for places, bars and food to try once the tour was done. Great overall.
Jose was very knowledgeable, especially in history, and always provided accurate answers. We visited the most important monuments. The only negative comment is that Tripadvisor mentions a free map is provided, which is not true. You can get a free map at a tourist office, but the free walking tour does not offer one.
We joined the Sevilla: Best Monumental Free Walking Tour with OWAY Tours during some free time in Seville, and it turned out to be a great plan! The guide was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving at a nice pace. The tour was conducted in Spanish, but that didn’t bother us — when we wanted to know more, we just looked up the sites online. The final stop at Plaza de España was absolutely breathtaking! Just a heads-up: you might get a suntan during the tour, as gathering the group in shady spots wasn’t a priority. Overall, it was a wonderful way to explore the city’s highlights!
Nice visit with the guide Olga, who met all expectations for this tour. And since we did the one that starts at 5 pm, seeing at the end of the tour the Plaza de España at sunset/dusk, is a luxury for the view that I recommend without hesitation.
All right, I'd just come to town and it came super good, I play laura de guia and very well, you know a lot of history but very enjoyable
I do recommend it ! The guide was knowledgeable and was not to quick nor too slow he had a perfect pace for the whole group, and a lot of info on the places we where visiting . It is a walking tour so might be a little too much for someone who is not used to , specially in Sevillas heat .
An essential tour for a first day in the center of Seville. Vicky, our guide, was wonderful. He told us a lot of stories and anecdotes seasoned with humorous comments that made the walk a super enriching and pleasant experience.
Despite the rain, the tour was spectacular. We were able to visit several important points of the city and hear a little about the history and curiosities.
