I would have given zero stars but that was not an option. The tickets I paid nearly $300 to visit Versailles never arrived and customer service couldn’t help because nobody answered the phone. My refund has not been sent yet and we were unable to see the palace. Avoid at all costs! Tickets were then sold out so we were unable to visit. PS: I was unable to use profane language so that’s another star deleted.
Viator was confusing and not easy to get a hold of day of tour. I was supposed to be sent a ticket day of and never was. Then I could not reach them and already traveled to destination upon not being able to enter.
