It was a little confusing finding out where to go once we arrived. The cruise itself was just okay. You are herded like cattle onto the boat and it is pretty stifling if you sit on the lower deck. Sights are pretty but we had already seen most of them on our days here. If you are the type that like large group tourist activities, you probably would not mind this, but it was definitely crowded and not as enjoyable for our crew. However, we had a great experience at the restaurant portion of the tour. The food was very good and our service was great. We did have to get clarification from our waiter on what was included with our lunch package but the options were great and food was delicious!
Very good food, highly recommendable experience. The boat ride was pleasant; the children really enjoy it.
We managed to get prime positions on our Seine River Cruise which was great. Then lunch at Le Bistro Parisien was wonderful, great service and very lovely food. A great way to celebrate catching up with relatives while in Paris. There was an initial hiccup with the collection of our tickets prior to the event but cruise staff were very helpful and helped us sort it out.
The process is a bit confusing. You either eat at the restaurant next door first then do the cruise or do it after the cruise. And you have all day to do it. It was very stressful trying to figure that all out as we were running late and had no internet service to pull up the tickets. Other than that, the food was good and the cruise was very enjoyable.
An amazing experience having lunch at Le Bistro Parisien, a floating restaurant next to the Eiffel tower before doing the Seine River Cruise. The location and the stunning view from the restaurant made our experience very memorable. Three course meal was excellent, absolutely loved the service. Only downside the tables were too close. We then took River Seine cruise by the nearby pier. The fascinating history and views of the city from a different perspective were absolutely breathtaking. Enjoyed many great views of the bridges, monuments, museums along the river. Had a great time waving to the people sitting or walking on the river banks as we cruised. Highly recommend!
Nice lunch and quick River tour. Lunch was delicious, staff was friendly in the restaurant and on the boat.
Catch tourist par excellence, good ride on the Seine. However, the chef’s achievements are surprisingly mediocre, no taste harmony, stale breads, pre-made desserts. In short, the only positive: “the view”, the food is not worth the visit. In any case, it’s a shame to prioritize profit over quality.
Nice trip up the Seine River...Nice cafe meal as well ..The service was very pleasnat and the desert and gazpacho starter memorable.
Meeting point was easy to find and cruise was okay. The only hassle was we (all customers with prepaid bookings) were asked to email our prepaid tickets to their email address they would give us our cruise tickets and assign tables for lunch. We had to take screenshots of our tickets and attached to our email which took some time. In the end, because of the congestion at the door, they just gave us our cruise tickets and showed us our lunch tables. They should have the facility to just scan our prepaid tickets which had readable codes. The restaurant staff were friendly though.
When we started with our booking to the staff of the bistro we were quickly quoted something we had to drink and eat without providing us with the day ticket. Only after request we got the day ticket, QR code to scan. There was a clear difference in the handling of the staff, how they look after your running customers and how we were looked after with this booking "voucher". As if with this voucher you were a guest 2. Ranges and the staff would do us a very big favor by serving us. In retrospect, it was no added value for us to eat in the named atmosphere. The food, on the other hand, was well prepared. There is a need for more detailed information in the service description as to what the service really includes.
