Christelle was wonderful. There were a wide variety of participants (toddler to seniors from Australia and North America) and she found ways to engage everyone and make our visit so enjoyable. The tour passed so quickly and we saw works from ancient times through the 19th century, including the Louvre's masterpieces. One of the best gallery tours we've ever had.
The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, we were under the impression that we would actually get "priority" access to see the Mona Lisa. We didn't get within 30ft. of it, so that was disappointing. The museum was also unseasonably hot and uncomfortable. We booked a morning slot so as to avoid the above 2 obstacles, but that didn't matter.

Tour guide Anais was excellent!! Outstanding knowledge presented in an interesting and engaging way. Easy to find the ticket staff and our group too. Tour group of 20 and having earpiece to follow Anais worked very well. Highly recommend.
Our guide Hamish was amazing! Very knowledgeable & enthusiastic. Made the tour fun! He was also very caring about us and before the tour gave us a moment to grab a water to stay hydrated. Highly recommend!! So very nice to skip those long lines outside and go right inside!
Hugo was our tour guide and he was AMAZING!!! We went to several tours including Versailles, they were good. But Hugo was excellent!!! Highly recommended!
Great! Very informative! Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We had protesters delay our entry for about an hour and she handled it very well. We waited and fortunately the museum opened back up within an hour.
Anais, our tour guide was amazing. A 3 hour tour didn't bore me and my 3 children once. Fascinating tour, would recommend.
