We will make your holiday in Sicily unforgettable thanks to the flavors and aromas of our splendid land. You will taste a thousand of ingredients wisely mixed together so as to never create monotony and you will discover new flavors through rich dishes with a scent of sea, almond, ricotta or even oil, earth, life, of something good. Discover Sicily in its unique flavors, from Pachino cherry tomatoes to the pistachio of Bronte, a town located at the base of Etna volcano. I will delight you with the taste of aubergines while you prepare a plate of pasta “alla norma”, and discover the flavors of our sea through fresh fish from the local market, and flavored with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and olives born from the fertile volcanic land.

Come hungry! Amazing experience preparing 4 different dishes! Amazing value with plenty of wine and food we were able to take home more pasta to enjoy the next day for lunch. We made 7+ different kinds of pasta! Chef Mamma and Vittorio were very supportive.
Did this cooking course with my grown up daughters and a friend. It was everything we’d hoped for and more! Vittoreo and Mama Francesca were so warm and welcoming. They explained every step of the way and let us all join in. Mama showed us how to make dozens of shapes of pasta and made it look so easy. We were provided with antipasti and some splendid white wine and then continued preparing our meal. The food was absolutely delicious - made with wonderful, fresh Sicilian ingredients! Inspiring Italian music was playing and it was a superb atmosphere throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone who loves Italian food! 🇮🇹 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

This was the best part of the trip for my friends & I! We would have went back every day to do this class again if we could! Highly recommend spending time with Mama and her sons. You have so much fun while watching how this family makes some of the best dishes we had our entire trip. We will be dreaming of the pasta forever!

We weren’t sure what to expect with the class and it ended up being an absolutely amazing experience. The food was incredible and Chef Mimmo Siciliano and mamma Francesca were delightful. We learned so much and will definitely be using some of the recipes when we get home!

Chef Mimmo Siciliano and mamma Francesca were awesome hosts for this cooking class! We had great wine, made great food, learned about cooking techniques, and even made pasta from scratch (this was our favorite part), and shared a great experience with very friendly people. Would definitely recommend!
