You will taste a thousand of ingredients wisely mixed together so as to never create monotony and you will discover new flavors through rich dishes with a scent of sea, almond, ricotta or even oil, earth, life, of something good. Discover Sicily in its unique flavors, from Pachino cherry tomatoes to the pistachio of Bronte, a town located at the base of Etna volcano. I will delight you with the taste of aubergines while you prepare a plate of pasta “alla norma”, and discover the flavors of our sea through fresh fish from the local market, and flavored with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and olives born from the fertile volcanic land.

Our family of 10 including 6 older teens enjoyed our pasta making class so much! Chef Mimmo and his help educated and entertained us throughout the night! The hands-on class was fun with delicious results. Highly recommend!

Hi , This was a wonderful experience with a very professional and experienced chef. His knowledge ability and enthusiasm was so infectious. I would go back to Sicily just for this experience. Had a wonderful time! With the help of Chef, his mamma and trusty sous chefs, we made 2 pasta dishes and 1 amazing fish dish. While pasta dough was rising we were treated to tomatoes and mozzarella. Everyone was able to contribute - crushing tomatoes, picking basil off the stem, sautéing veggies. It was very hot- but thy gave us lots of beverages to cool down. We shared a nice meal outside with our new friends.
Come hungry! Amazing experience preparing 4 different dishes! Amazing value with plenty of wine and food we were able to take home more pasta to enjoy the next day for lunch. We made 7+ different kinds of pasta! Chef Mamma and Vittorio were very supportive.
Did this cooking course with my grown up daughters and a friend. It was everything we’d hoped for and more! Vittoreo and Mama Francesca were so warm and welcoming. They explained every step of the way and let us all join in. Mama showed us how to make dozens of shapes of pasta and made it look so easy. We were provided with antipasti and some splendid white wine and then continued preparing our meal. The food was absolutely delicious - made with wonderful, fresh Sicilian ingredients! Inspiring Italian music was playing and it was a superb atmosphere throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone who loves Italian food! 🇮🇹 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

This was the best part of the trip for my friends & I! We would have went back every day to do this class again if we could! Highly recommend spending time with Mama and her sons. You have so much fun while watching how this family makes some of the best dishes we had our entire trip. We will be dreaming of the pasta forever!
