Guide never showed up. Only had a phone number and no answer. Had to purchase new tickets at the venue. Will not book unlimitedkrakow.com again.
A lot of reading we should have got the Audio guide it's a good idea to skip the que as it was a very wet day in Krakow
Thank you for sharing your experience! We are glad that the skip-the-line ticket was helpful and kept you out of the rain on a wet day in Kraków. The museum does feature a lot of reading material, so adding an audio guide is a fantastic tip for future travelers looking for a different pace. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your stay! kind regards, UnlimitedKrakow Team
It has very little to do with the actual Schindler factory. It’s a museum virtually totally about Jewish life in Krakov in the Second World War. Even a map of the ghetto area or a mock up of a typical room in the ghetto showing overcrowding or difficulty of life generally in the ghetto would have be illuminating. The only mention of Schindler was his desk and a glass case of pots and pans in one room. I learned more about the actual factory from the Schindlers List book and film than I did from this visit.
Really interesting history of the occupation of Poland, the persecution of Jews and Poles, the Jewish ghetto, Schindler’s factory, Eagle Pharmacy, the resistance and more. A really moving insight into the times and a poignant reminder that we have a responsibility to never be complacent about the evil side of humanity.
We booked for this when back in UK as were told that although you can queue for a ticket, it gets very crowded. We didn't have a guided tour and didn't feel we missed out on anything, in fact we probably saw more that the guided tours. The factory was very interesting and most exhibits has descriptions in English. Well worth a visit
We gave up after over two hours in line. A show of inefficiency. Too bad, I'm sure it would be interesting if we'd come in.
We advise getting the skip the line tickets in advance as we walked straight in at our allocated time. Was an interesting museum although it was more about the history of nazi occupied krakow than Schindler himself which was not expected. Still enjoyable and informative though.
Very informative, more about what happened in krakow, than factory it self. Found the displays very interesting
Well organised with information about entry arriving the day before on watts app - cannot fault via tour. We should have bought a guide or headset on entry to the museum - this is a must otherwise tour is just a collection of photos - our error !
This “experience” is tickets only. You can’t get them directly from the museum because consolidators buy them up and sell them to the public at an elevated price.
