8:00 AM | Animal rescue center: After a short drive, we will arrive at a local animal rescue center where you can get up close with native Andean camelids, including graceful alpacas, curious llamas, and rare vicuñas.
8:50 AM | Taray Viewpoint: Our journey continues as we descend to the Taray Viewpoint, a stunning spot where you can capture the classic and best panoramic photos of the Sacred Valley
9:30 AM | Pisac Archaeological park: Explore the impressive Inca citadel of Pisac renowned for its magnificent, agricultural terraces and well-preserved ceremonial center, including the Temple of the Sun. It offers breathtaking panoramic views and a fascinating insight into Inca engineering
10:30 AM | Pisac Market Then, we will stop at the village of Pisac to visit its famous market and purchase some local handicraft souvenirs 11:00 AM | scenic drive to Urubamba Following this beautiful visit, we will take a scenic one-hour drive to Urubamba
12:00 PM | Lunch time: Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at urubamba restaurants
13:30 PM | Ollantaytambo Archaeological park: Finally, we will visit Ollantaytambo, a stunning Inca fortress, religious sanctuary, and living city located in the Sacred Valley. Renowned for its magnificent, massive stone architecture and extensive agricultural terraces, this site offers dramatic panoramic views and a unique historical insight into Inca resistance against the Spanish conquistadors Important note | If you will take a train to Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu pueblo). - You can continue your journey to Machupicchu, we guaranteed to end the tour at Ollantaytambo train station so you can take any train from 15:37pm onwards.
15:30 PM | Return to Cusco: After this amazing sacred valley tour we will end our tour visiting Ollantaytambo them return to Cusco, arriving around 17:30pm.

It was wonderful visiting the impressive archaeological sites of Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Both locations were highlights of my time in the Sacred Valley, offering incredible scenery, fascinating history, and a deeper appreciation of the Inca civilization. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun throughout the day. Their explanations added valuable context and made the experience much more meaningful. My only complaint was the stop at the jewelry store. It felt unnecessary and detracted from the overall experience. After doing some research, I found the pricing and sales tactics questionable, which left a negative impression. I would have preferred spending more time at the historical sites instead.
Alexis was great from the beginning to the end of the day! Always taking care to make our excursion go as well as possible. Our guide was passionate about his work and knew how to bring it out in his interesting explanations. A great day, thank you very much!

Day tour was great got to see quite a few architectural sites and everything was well planned and executed, long day but got to check off lots of spots!

Overall trip was good and guide was good as well . It was comfortable transfer all the way to from Cusco to ollantaytambo . Tour started a little late than schedule . However I feel a lot of time is spent on other stops like shopping and was given less time at most 40 min at sacred valley . I feel it should be the other way around , it’s not fair to spend little time at main stop after traveling for a whole day.
The experience with the Christian guide has been excellent from start to finish, punctuality, kindness and has told us every detail of all the places we have gone. Thanks to driver Daniel and his good service we have been able to go to each place on time. If you have the opportunity to book with Cristian you will not regret it, of 10.
Definitely recommend this trip short sweet, but also very informative. Perfect if you are trying to get acclimated quickly.
Luis was a very knowledgeable guide, we really enjoyed the trip! We loved seeing the animal sanctuary and feeding the llamas, as well as the archeological sights. We did it on our first full day in Cusco and we didn't have issues with the altitude.
We did the tour accompanied by the guide Samuel, which was excellent! We meet Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, and we follow by train to Aguas Calientes. All within the planned.
This was a 6 star experience. PERFECT intro to all things SACRED in Peru with our world class guide BERNI and driver David. I couldn't say enough good things about this tour. It set the tone for all of our upcoming events in Peru (Salkantay Trek, Machu Picchu, Ruins in the Cusco area, and Rainbow Mountain). Berni is from the Sacred Valley and he took us on the most incredible journey- not only to all of the important cultural sites that make up his heritage, but he took us back in a TIME MACHINE and helped immerse us into what this magical land was all about at the height of the Inca Empire. Incredible attention to detail and a vast knowledge about of all things Inca. It was an absolute pleasure to be invited into his special world and we carried what he taught us with us for the remainder of our journeys through Peru. Also, an insanely good lunch (Alpaca and Cuy!). The travel advice he gave us was worth the price of this tour alone!!!! Peru will always hold a special place in my heart and so much of that I owe to Berni. Thanks Berni and AB Expeditions!!
The Agency was very attentive from the hotel to the guide Sandro, who guided us well, explained the history, the details of the Inca architecture and customs until suggesting what to do until the departure from Ollamtaytambo to Aguas Calientes. It is a tour has all its charm, with the explanation of the location and meaning of the sacred valley, to the stunning landscapes we saw. They were very attentive with us, especially in the well being when we climbed almost 3600 m altitude. Since our tour did not include lunch, the option we took is the hanka, as good as the other one that is reserved.
