It was a great and original activity and also for us 65+ to do well. Compliments to our cox Thea who guided us beginners perfectly across the busy river Cam. We really rowed in an 8 boat!

A great way to experience what Cambridge is all about! Our instructor was very friendly and helpful, and walked us through everything we needed to feel confident on the water. Starting with technique on the ergs, we then learned how to properly carry the boat, before getting straight into the rowing on the river!

Great experience, such good fun. our instructor was very clear with his instructions and Patient making it a very enjoyable few hours. You definitely don't have to be at a certain level of fitness anyone could have a go, we enjoyed taking in the beautiful scenery too, passing swans and herons along the way.
