Pick up instructions: From Airport: "I hope you are doing well. I contact you in regards your transportation. We will be pending for you arrival. Important note: 1. When you land and after collecting your suitcases, it is important that you let us know. Please go to pre-contracted transportation services area (platforms area). * Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) - Welcome Bar * Terminal 2 (International arrivals) - Welcome Bar * Terminal 3 - Margaritaville Bar * Terminal 4 - Welcome Bar 2. Your assigned driver is parked about 5-10 minutes away from platforms area. 3. When you notify us we will ask your driver to enter the platform area. 4. As soon as your Driver shares the platform number with us, we will let you know so you can go to the assigned platform." To Airport: "The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."

The driver never showed up and no one answered their customer service phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Do not use.
The immigration line at the Cancun was very very long due to there system problems. We were stuck there for nearly 2hrs and 30mins. By the time we came the transportation left and when I called them there was no answer. We were stuck at the airport and had to pay double the money to reach our hotel

At the airport, we waited for two and a half hours and the agency couldn't get through, so we paid 110 dollars and took a taxi. I'm so angry!

Our driver was exceptionally nice and friendly. We waited about 20 minutes to get picked up upon landing.
