Navigating a guided tour should offer clarity, structure, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience with our tour guide, Patricia, was marked by a severe lack of professionalism and basic accountability, ultimately ruining what should have been an enjoyable trip. The primary issue stemmed from a complete failure of communication. Patricia neglected to inform our group of the specific pickup location for the bus, nor did she provide the name or address of the restaurant where we were heading. When I managed to locate the site on my own and approached her regarding the oversight, her response was unexpectedly hostile and disrespectful. Rather than acknowledging the error or helping the group navigate the situation, she dismissively stated that it was "not her problem." As a tour guide, her primary responsibility is to lead, organize, and ensure the safety and inclusion of every participant. Instead, Patricia abandoned her duties entirely. Her neglect resulted in nearly leaving five people behind—and ultimately stranding three members of our group. When confronted about leaving these individuals behind, she brazenly expressed that she simply did not care. This level of disrespect and apathy is completely unacceptable for anyone in the hospitality and tourism industry. A tour guide's role is to guide, yet Patricia demonstrated neither leadership nor standard professional courtesy. Because of this unacceptable conduct, I will never use this tour company again. No stars.

Hi Denise, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the communication issues and the way you felt you were treated during the tour. This is not the level of service we aim to provide our guests. We will be following up directly with the guide regarding your concerns and reviewing what happened with our team. We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Full day of taking in the beauty and history of this Tuscany region. Great experience if you'd like a change from the hustle and bustle of Rome during your stay.
We arrived at Montepuciano during a terrible thunderstorm, instead of charging the itinerary the driver had us walk on slippery stones & stairs to meet our guide, very danagerous. At the end of the day he recommended we wait to buy souvenirs at a stop off the highway - some goods seemed counterfeit & he said the stip was for big buses but he had a “friend” that let him stop, we saw other drivers counting cash, def not legit. For the price of this tour, you can find something better

The Tuscan countryside is truly amazing. Our guide Anna was a human cornucopia of interesting facts and history. Our driver was a whiz at navigating the narrow roads.
Exceptional scenery with quaint towns and tasteful wines. The mountainous and valley scenery was picturerestqe. I will recommend this to anyone.
I absolutely loved this trip more than Sorrento and Amalfie. Beautiful drive amazing views and beautiful cultural places. Natasha was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information. I had the best day
This tour was lots of fun, our guide Alessandro was easy to understand and very informative. The local guide was also very friendly. The wine tasting was fun and it was very interesting to get a tour of the cellar from the owners!
This was an amazing tour with lots packed in a day and worth the while and money! Eduardo our guide made it so enjoyable and entertaining. He was very informative as well, as far as details of the place and the history is concerned. The lunch and wine tasting experience was also delightful. Over all a great experience. Would recommend this anytime! PS: just don't do this in the summer. The heat is terrible!
This tour was great and more relaxing versus tours that included a ton of travel. The views in Tuscany are breathtaking and all of our tour guides (Laura and Pam) were wonderful and engaging. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes as Montepulciano is uphill a lot. We really loved this tour and the meal/wine tasting was fantastic!
