- Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.

Kelly was awesome! She really knew a lot about cooking (maybe she went to culinary school), she was very well spoken in English and she was just a great time! She was super fun and attentive to the group. She made this a good experience for the whole group and connected us together as well as to Italy. I would come back to do this because of her. Etge was very sweet and greatest us when we arrived. She kept everything running smoothly together with Kelly.
This has been one of the best experiences of my Europe trip so far making the pasta was so much fun! Dome and Kelly were great host I would def reccomend this class to anyone staying in Rome especially with dome and Kelly. I think our group was great as well had some yummy food good drinks and made some friends! Great experience overall
