Rome: Private Tour with Guide

Description
The tour includes both very popular attractions and lesser known places, I recommend taking this tour on the first day of visiting Rome to have a better orientation and a base to better understand the city, its 27 centuries of history, art and legends, all this with a little spirit and fun. The tour is generally done on foot but for those who want it can also be done with an e-bike or other half cost to be included.

I booked Micaela for a private tour of the Vatican museums for my fiancé and I. We couldn’t have had a better experience with the great communication we had before the trip, including clear instructions on what tickets to buy and meet up Location, to the actual tour itself. She was super knowledgeable and definitely guided us through the right spots and around the massive tour groups. My fiancé and I definitely both agreed that we learned things that we would’ve never have known without her. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again should we return.
The guide was pleasant but seemed tired, she was very open to going to making some stops that we had missed the day before for a coffee and inside a church to see the Caravaggio’s … the WORST part was the restaurant we were dragged to at the end way far away by the Vatican, inside smelled of sewage, we ate outside in the scalding heat and the owners were not Italian - the food was the worst… she had to have been tod to lie to drag us so far away to that awful place. You should be ashamed.
Hello I'm Micaela, First of all I would like to underline that the Restaurant you choose is not part of my tour: I organize ONLY cultural visits. I generally don't recommend restaurants close to the Vatican because there are many tourist traps. I'm a bid sad to read such a bad review for something that was not part of my tour and that the restaurant wasted you all the previous 4 hour walk with your family and I. Secondly, you did a city tour starting from Via del Babuino, so I'm confused, why you said you had lunch far from the Vatican? Do you remember the name of the restaurant so that I will never go there. Grazie
What a wonderful tour my husband and I had with Micaela! She was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the subjects she covered and was a pleasure to spend time with. We learned so much and would definitely do another tour with her the next time we come back to Rome! I highly recommend this tour!
A fantastic guided tour of the key sites in Rome, with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable host We had a brilliant afternoon with Micaela who helped us visit more sites in an afternoon than I could have imagined
Amazing knowledge and easy to follow ..takes her time to allow the visitor to enjoy the different sites at our own pace. Great side stories and mostly wonderful personality along with professionalism.
