Meeting Point Your host will meet you at Bar Pio, Via delle Terme di Tito 72, holding a blue flag. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time and bring a valid passport or ID matching the booking name. If you selected the photoshoot option, your experience will begin with the 30-minute photoshoot outside the Colosseum. After the photoshoot, our team will assist you with everything you need for a smooth entry and the best experience during your Colosseum visit.

The organisers where helpful we had issues with tickets due to changes to the booking system the accommodate and sorted it out for us the photo shot was good and pictures came back quickly

We had a wonderful day!!! 🇮🇹🌆 Be sure you have passport or ID for the security check. That line will be a little bit longer depending on time of day. The skip the line tickets still applies, but there were lines for the security check. For the audio guide make sure you have Wi-Fi so you are able to download it prior to walking in. The signal was tricky for us. There were places inside to fill up water bottles! The photo shoot exceeded our expectations! The Photographer Haider had fun with our kids and was very patient with our family. And getting fun moments captured 🤩🙏 Thank you for wonderful treatment and making sure we knew where to go and what to do!
Guide gave us inaccurate information. We got to the gate and we were told we had to buy a Roma pass which he did not mention other than giving us a QR code that did not work. I think this company may be a scam. I asked for a full refund we had to buy tickets to get in. I do not recommend this company. Not only were we given inaccurate information, but even when he was talking to us, he did not have the correct information for what we had paid for. We had paid for ground floor and he did not have that on his books. I’ve dealt with Viatour for many many years and have never had to write a bad review, but I’ve never had this issue before.. total waste. So disappointing.

After reviewing the situation with our host and technical team, we identified a partner connection issue that affected the Arena Floor reservation access and created incorrect entry information on the day of your tour. As soon as the issue was confirmed, we immediately processed a full refund and also attempted to offer an alternative Arena entrance solution as an apology. Our intention was always to provide the best possible experience and help guests avoid the overbooking and last-minute cancellations that unfortunately affected many visitors during this period. We were late to Collisium tour due to holiday in Roma- they had a women meet us at metro station and get us to our group, very accommodating!!!
Great experience you in great hands. No other tour I would book before this 1 in Rome! Camera man was amazing and directions was for thorough and simple
Very good with best service and good guide
Good value self led experience with help from guide who met us just outside of the Colosseum. Well worth paying the extra to skip be queue & get straight in without spending time in a long, slow moving lines. Amazing sights at very turn. A full day’s experience that we could have extended had the weather been better. Still enjoyed it even in the pouring rain!

Had an amazing photo shoot and experience with two very lovely photographers. Very helpful and photos were amazing . Met outside ATM across rd from colosseum and then walked around to get shoots . They were very helpful with entry to colosseum and recommended other places of interest . Will definitely be using them again if we come back . A quick 48 hours to receive all our lovely photos !!!
