Hakiel was an excellent tour guide who made our experience in Rome very special. He was knowledgeable, warm, and went above and beyond by taking us to a local spot for espresso and even giving us extra time on the tour, despite it being his day off. His passion for sharing the history and significance of the Holy Doors really came through, and we appreciated his attentiveness throughout. The only downside was that, although our booking stated we would be driven back to our hotel, this part of the service was not provided. That said, we were still very happy with the overall tour and would gladly recommend Hakiel for anyone wanting a meaningful and memorable experience in Rome.
Buongiorno, we are so happy that our drive Haikel was able to meet your expectations. We are so sorry that you expected the drop off at the hotel, but we usually start the tour from the city center, or from clients hotel and we end it in one of the 4 Basilicas ( usually St. Peter's Basilica).
