What an amazing way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Rome! Our family of four joined the Fresh Pasta-Making Class with Italian Chef and Wine – Rome Cooking Club (by Riccardo Cooking Class), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. What better way to experience Italy than learning to make fresh pasta and then enjoying it for dinner? Our chef, Eugenio, was personable, engaging, and excellent at explaining each step as we followed along making ravioli, fettuccine, and spaghetti from scratch. He made the class fun, easy to follow, and enjoyable for all skill levels. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and wonderful memories. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Roman Cooking Experience! Our cooking class with Riccardo was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how passionate he is about Italian cooking and sharing his knowledge with others. There were eight of us in the class, creating a fun, interactive, and welcoming atmosphere. Under Riccardo’s guidance, we learned how to make homemade pasta from scratch, including ravioli, spaghetti, and fettuccine, along with delicious traditional sauces. He explained each step clearly and made the experience enjoyable for cooks of all skill levels. The setting was warm and inviting, with background music adding to the authentic Italian atmosphere. As we enjoyed the dishes we had prepared, everything was paired with delicious wines that complemented the meal perfectly. Riccardo’s enthusiasm, expertise, and love of Italian cuisine made this much more than a cooking class—it was a memorable cultural experience. This is an absolute must do if you’re visiting Rome and love food! The three pasta dishes that we made were absolutely amazing. I made fresh pasta from scratch!! So much fun and worth the time and money. But what made the whole experience memorable and exceptional was Chef Leo. He has a way about him that makes you feel at home and like you’ve been friends forever. His knowledge is incredible, techniques flawless, and his ability to teach is his super power.
