The directions on the booking app took us to the train station. I tried contacting saying I couldn't see them. At leaving time I finally got a text saying leaving now and a completely different pickup point. When asked if they could pick us up they said no catch train and no refund. Poor service. Very disappointing
We are sorry that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. However, the tour must follow a strict schedule, as we work with cruise ship passengers and returning on time is essential.

We just completed a tour of Rome with Sherif. We booked as we came to the Civitavecchia bus terminal, 7 minutes from the ship by their free bus drop-off spot. We started the ride, which took about 50 minutes to Rome. We left at 10:45 AM. The time was too short. If we had known about Sheritours earlier, we would have left at 8ish. The guide was on time, was very helpful and had us back at the ship by 4:00 PM. This tour is an easy way to see the sights in a shoŕt amount of time. Thank you, Sheritours! Book online and save 10%. The cost was 75E each.

Bring a hat if sitting upstairs on the hop on hop off bus. Toilets are 1.5 euros which is around $1.75. Watch the time as traffic and congestion could affect your return to the tour bus. Our guide was amazing 10 stars.
