Having walked the ruins before, we never knew what they were. The Roman Forum and Palantine Hill tours give all the info w photos of what it’s believed to have looked like. The Colosseum tour was informative too. I highly recommend this guide. Don’t remember his name but born in Japan and cane to Italy as a child
Bogdan was a great tour guide! We had a group from age 76 to 12 in our family and he accommodated the age range beautifully. My mother has some mobility issues and ancient Rome is obviously difficult when it comes to footing/lack of hand rails but he knew all the places to make the tour as easy as possible for her. We also appreciated his in-depth knowledge and sense of humor! A highlight of our trip for sure!!

Very much enjoyed this experience, the lady guide(I forget her name,?celia?she had an orange dress)was very nice and very informative and made the trip fun with her stories, was much more interesting than going by yourself. Bring a hat as very hot and you have to queue in the sun to enter the roman forum and Palatine. Would recommend this tour
