Rome Airport to Pompeii Tour with drop off Sorrento and Positano

We had a great experience booking our airport transfer through Mondo Guide. Communication was excellent and always prompt. Our trip back to the airport with Alfonso was perfect! He was prompt, friendly, very informative, and delivered us safely! We would definitely recommend Alfonso to others.

As a solo female traveler in Italy, I booked my hotel transfers thru Mondo Guide- as recommended by Rick Steves in his ITALY book. My communications while booking these needed services were timely and professional, even when I changed my plans. My driver Andrea transported me from Naples to Sorrento. He was prompt, kind, efficient. Excellent service! My driver Eduardo transported me from Sorrento to Naples Airport. He was interesting, safe, and entertaining during this long drive. When our route was blocked by an accident, he was very capable in finding an alternate route to get me to the airport in time for my departure. I couldn't give higher recommendations for using this service for transportation withing Italy!

Mondo Guides arranged 5-6 tours and ground transportation for our group of 4 across Sicily, Amalfi and Sorrento-Naples-Rome. Mondo is trustworthy, honest and very professional. We had one bad guide experience, and Mondo promptly refunded the whole cost. We had some rainy weather that cut short a couple tours and Mondo promptly refunded part of the cost. Very honest people. Prompt on communication too. So easy to book everything through one place!!!!!

We arranged a guided visit of Pompeii with transfer service from our accommodations in Sorrento to our accommodations in Naples. This offering eased our travel planning significantly since it eliminated the need for multiple trains and bag storage at Pompeii. Our driver was in communication with us that morning and arrived right on time. While we toured Pompeii, he stayed in the vehicle, giving us peace of mind that our belongings were secure. After our tour of Pompeii he was waiting for us at the gate and transferred us to Naples without any issues. Our guided tour of Pompeii was guided by Roberta. She was able to guide us past all the large groups/tours and into the archaeological site as some of the first entrants of the day. She was a wealth of knowledge and relayed it to us an enjoyable manner that will help us remember for a long time. It was a rainy day when we visited, but she was able to keep us in as many protected locations as possible while we made our way around. If I am fortunate enough to return again, I will look to this company for a guide.

Alberto was a great driver, who took us from Sorrento to Naples with a stop at Pompeii. Vincenzo was an excellent, knowledgeable tour guide through Pompeii.

We had the Mondo service driver, Gaspere, drive us from Rome to Sorrento with a stop for a private tour of Pompeii by Roberta. Gaspare was a good driver,kind and helpful. He patiently waited for us during rest stops and our tour. We enjoyed our ride.I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs transportation and would look forward to riding with him again. Roberta gave us an excellent tour of Pompeii. She was very knowledgeable and made Pompeii come alive. She was passionate, informative, and entertaining. Roberta was able to help us focus on the important sites. I would highly recommend her to a friend.

Alfonso was passionate about Naples and the Amalfi coast. He was kind and caring and we were lucky to have him guide us through Italy!

Great communication and great service! Alfonso, our Mondo driver/guide, picked us up at our AirBNB in Minori and then drove us to Pompeii where we met Barbara, our Pompeii guide. Barbara got us in quickly and then led us on a fascinating and informative 2 hour tour. Pompeii is huge and impossible to see in it's entirety; we were very grateful to have Barbara guide us to key spots and give us a great overview. After the tour, Alfonso was ready to then drive us to our hotel in Napoli. We learned a lot about the area and life in Napoli and Italy from Alfonso during the ride, thank you Alfonso! And thank you, Mondo Guide Day Tours; the service was perfect!

Paola was prompt in picking us up from the airport and assisted with luggage. He was very polite, courteous and a safe driver. He delivered us quickly and safely to the front door of our hotel. Would definitely recommend!
