Rome 3 in 1 Cooking Class: Fettuccine, Ravioli & Tiramisu

Description
This experience is designed to go beyond a standard cooking class. You’ll work side by side with professional chefs, preparing fresh pasta entirely by hand and creating your own tiramisu from scratch. The focus is on traditional techniques, with pasta made step by step by hand, just as it is done in Italian kitchens. You will also personalize your dish by choosing your preferred sauce from a selection of classic Roman recipes, adding a level of choice and authenticity not always found in similar experiences. Expect rich, authentic flavors, from freshly made pasta to classic Roman sauces and a perfectly balanced tiramisu. Set in a real restaurant in central Rome, the class combines hands-on cooking with a relaxed, restaurant-style dining experience once your dishes are ready. At the end of the class, you’ll receive our recipe book so you can recreate everything at home, including fresh pasta, tiramisu and the sauces served during the experience.

Today we did the workshop for pasta and tiramisu. The program had a duration of three hours. We had a great guide named Carlotta who helped us along the way during all steps of the workshop.
Carlotta was the best! She did a amazing job and I loved every moment of it. The food afterwards was delicious.
Our experience was fantastic very hands-on and the chef really gave us pointers along the way. We had a small group of four and we really enjoyed each other‘s company and that of our instructor. Our food was very tasty and they really accommodated our likes and dislikes in some of the ingredients. I highly recommend this tour and go hungry cause you get to eat your ravioli, pasta and tiramisu for dinner.
Chef vittorio made everything so clear and was so helpful!! The pasta 🍝 was so delicious!😋 The chef was so nice!😊
We had the best time with Marco our chef! I highly recommend this experience, add this to your itinerary.
Vittorio was amazing! So fun and the kids loved being able to eat what they made. The Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana was incredible! I would highly recommend doing this with a family or as a couple.
Marco was amazing! Such a fun experience and was an awesome teacher!
Loved this pasta making class! Chef Carlotta was amazing — patient, warm, and so much fun with the kids. Our daughters (6 and 9) were fully engaged the whole time, rolling dough and shaping their own fettuccine like little pros. Carlotta made sure everyone, no matter their age, felt confident in the kitchen. We left with full bellies, big smiles, and a new family activity we can’t wait to do again. Highly recommend!
LULU was really fantastic with my kids, helped nonstop. Really a great experience that is with it! Book a class w her!!!
Charlotte was a fantastic chef. Cheerful, knowledgeable and gave a right amount of guidance vs letting us get on. The children were able to do all of the steps and enjoyed it. Delicious food to enjoy at the end! The only slight issue was with the weak air con and the meeting point is outside which in this heat was hard work. Additional fans and moving the waiting area indoors would make the experience perfect!
