Description
Travel through the Spessart to Würzburg, the old University town at the River Main. Further on to Weikersheim, famous for its Renassance castle with magnifcent "Knight`s hall" and it`s Baroque court garden. Along small wine villages in the Tauber valley to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany`s most romantic town (3 hours individual stay). On the way back to Frankfurt fotostop at the Residence in Würzburg, UNESCO World Heritage Site and offical starting point of the Romantic Road. Travel including wine tasting with regional products of Frankonia (Secco, Müller-Thurgau/Silvaner, Domina).
