Overall the museum was ok, but not stellar. The experience was also negatively impacted as the audio book did not work for everyone in my party making the experience hard to follow as we walked through the museum.
Dear 778franklynm, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit overall. However, we are sorry to learn that the audio tour worked for some members of your group but did not function for others during the experience. There may have been a connectivity issue that affected access to the audio guide. We wish you had reached out to us during your visit, as our team would have been happy to assist you immediately and help resolve the issue so everyone in your group could fully enjoy the experience.
Despite a confirmed skip-the-line reservation, it was absolutely impossible to access the tickets "apparently" sent in a separate email. I have tried everything, both in my Viator account and my Outlook account. The system for sending tickets the day before the event is both stressful and laborious for the traveler. The other reservations were laborious to find the tickets. I expect Viator to refund me for these 2 tickets for the missed visit to the Rodin Museum today, June 5, 2026.
Dear Gilles D, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the actual tickets and related access details were duly shared via email one day prior to your visit. We sincerely wish we had been contacted during your visit so we could have assisted you immediately with the actual tickets and helped avoid any inconvenience.
I so sad. The reception staff at the museum would not accept my ticket confirmation and seemed to know nothing about my circumstances. I was with my 85 year old mother and just had to but new tickets. This was really poor practice and arrive. I asked for a refund and was rejected. I spent a great deal of money for my tickets and trusted Viator. I think next trip I will book with another company. I am so disappointed
Dear Lisa J, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the actual tickets and related access details were duly shared via email and WhatsApp 1 day prior to your visit. It is possible there may have been a misunderstanding at the entrance, where the confirmation voucher may have been presented instead of the actual entry tickets. The q r code for the audio didn’t come through so I had to pay again Managed to get my entry QR code up through

My mother is on a walker and while the museum staff were very good about directing her to the handicapped entrance and ramps, the lift was broken, and there was no a/c in the building even though the website said there was. It was a heat wave in Paris, and all together this made it hot and sweaty and difficult to get around the building. We did manage to make it up the stairs with me behind her and carrying the walker, but it was all very hot and awkward. Luckily the museum and gardens lived up to their reputation and were wonderful to view and enjoy.
Dear Linda W, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that despite the challenges, you and your mother were able to enjoy the museum and gardens and that they lived up to your expectations. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words regarding the helpfulness of the museum staff. We will pass your feedback along to help improve the visitor experience. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
Very angry that Trip Advisor fooled us into thinking we had an audio ticket. The other thing is that the museum smelled faintly of urine and was very hot.

The Museum is very interesting and contains works by Rodin, Camille Claudel, disciples, and other great painters. Reproductions of the sculptures we gardens stand out. However, there was a video to accompany the exhibition, but it was impossible for it to work: I registered three times, with the email I use on Viator, and always returned to the starting point.
Dear MariadaPaixao S, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring the museum and appreciated the remarkable works of Rodin, Camille Claudel, and other artists, as well as the sculptures displayed in the gardens. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback, as it helps improve the overall guest experience.
Having to travel to your office as a meeting point only to have to walk back 13 minutes to the Eiffel Tower is unacceptable. I have used Viator for a very long time travelling all over Europe and have never had a meeting point so far away from the attraction. The travel guide was very knowledgeable, responsible and a pleasure. Where this tour fell short was the guide part was minimal and this tour is definitely not worth 130 euros per person. I have taken a tour of the Effiel Tower in the past which was much more informative. I respectfully request a partial refund.
Dear Ellen R, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the reservation made with us was for the Rodin Museum. Based on the details mentioned in your review regarding the Eiffel Tower tour, there may have been some confusion or it may relate to a different booking made through Viator.
They should know that the audioguide is in their cellular BEFORE buying the ticket. And what looks like the ticket is the voucher.
Dear Sylvie D, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you had a nice time at the museum. We are sorry for any confusion regarding the audio guide access and ticket process. We understand that clearer information can make the experience smoother for guests. Please note that the confirmation voucher includes details regarding the audio guide access on mobile devices, as well as instructions for ticket redemption. Our support team is always available and would have gladly assisted you had we been contacted during your visit.
