If you are arriving by cruise ship, please provide the name of the ship in the comments section when booking. For your pickup at Keflavík International Airport, please enter your flight number. Once you have collected your luggage from baggage claim, proceed to the Arrivals area. Your driver will be waiting in front of the main arrival doors, holding a name board or tablet displaying your name. For your pickup in Reykjavík, simply specify your desired departure time and the name of your accommodation or location. Our driver will arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your pickup time. Our service is available 24/7 to accommodate all flight arrival and departure times, ensuring reliable transportation whenever you need it.

Great experience. Driver showed up a few minutes early and helped us with luggage at both ends. The van was very clean and modern, and he got us to KEF efficiently.
Our driver arrived on time, was very friendly, and got us to the airport quickly. We had initially been booked on the flybus but the direct transfer allowed us to leave an hour later from our hotel and, with four of us in the car, it was only $5/person more expensive.
Professional and on time. They were flexible with a last minute change to our pickup address. Very large vehicle for 5 adults. Plenty of room for all of us and baggage.
The driver was prompt, helpful, and professional. He made an extra effort to find us. Cost was reasonable.

He called me 3 times from when the plane touched down. He was apparently in a BIG hurry. He also called while we were in customs and at baggage to see if we were ready yet. Then he flew down the freeway as if to make up time. Odd experience
