On time, clean car, and good conversational driver on way to airport. Definitely recommend pick up 3 hours before International flight as getting through customs/immigration at KEF was over 30 minutes, and baggage drop off lines were at least 20 minutes. Flights board an hour before flight departure, so do not cut it close as airport is a good 45+ minutes from city center.
Pickup time at the airport got a little mixed up. When he finally arrived he took care of everything very professionally.
Easy and convenient transfer from the airport to our Airbnb in Reykjavik. Would recommend after a long flight.
Our driver was nice and on time. He was helpful with our luggage and provided some conversation during our ride. Convenient and a lot better than getting on a bus full of people

Our flight landed late, but our driver was ready as soon as we landed. He stayed in on constant communication with us and gave detailed info regarding where he would be for pickup.

We booked a transfer from the city to the airport. The driver arrived 20 minutes late to the meeting point. He had enough time to buy a coffee, but picking us up on time was not possible. The car smelled unpleasant, so the ride was very uncomfortable. Very unfortunate, because our vacation was otherwise very nice.

Our flight was delayed and customs took a very long time, but the transport kept adjusting our pickup time to accommodate us. Very pleased with service
