Just 20 minutes from Puerto Limón, Jungle Breezes combine breathtaking nature with pure adventure. Begin with a guided rainforest walk along a 1,064-meter (3,490-foot) trail surrounded by lush vegetation, heliconias, banana plants, and towering centennial trees. The highlight: three suspension bridges that bring you face-to-face with the forest canopy. Bridge 1: 37 m (121 ft) long, 12 m (39 ft) high Bridge 2: 42 m (137 ft) long, 19 m (62 ft) high Bridge 3: 67 m (219 ft) long, 22 m (72 ft) high As you cross, keep your eyes open for sloths, howler monkeys, tropical frogs, and vibrant birds. Then feel the adrenaline as you glide across 12 zipline cables surrounded by a lush jungle canopy. The course is equipped with a double safety line and operated by trained staff, making it a safe and exciting activity for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike (2 hours).
Explore a local souvenir shop with authentic Costa Rican crafts and enjoy a complimentary tasting of freshly brewed coffee and flavored cacao (like caramelized or cinnamon). When available, a short 15-minute walk through the adjacent garden showcases tropical plants such as pineapple, cacao, cinnamon, ylang ylang, and noni. The highlight is a live demonstration of how a banana plantation processing system works, an engaging look at one of Costa Rica’s most important exports.
Our final stop is at Playa Bonita, a relaxed and scenic spot where you can unwind by the ocean. Your tour begins inside the pier, where our guides will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. Look for our red shirts for easy identification. We offer pickup right inside the pier, so there’s no need to walk outside the facilities. Timing: Tours are scheduled 30 minutes after your ship docks, with the earliest tour starting at 8:00 AM. This was an excellent activity. The guys were friendly and made us feel safe and we had so much fun. There was a photographer who did pictures for us and sold them to us for a very reasonable price. Our guide Rosa was so personable and catered to what we were interested in. It was beyond our expectations!

This was my first time zip lining. My husband had done it before in Tennessee. I thought it was plenty scary enough, but he said it was nothing compared to the length and height of the ones he did before. The setting was beautiful, the guides were so helpful and the tour guide for the rainforest walk was great. The driver we had, Karl, from the port to the excursion was very nice and informative. He stayed with us all day, and we enjoyed his company.

This was such an unforgettable experience. It was our first time in Costa Rica and our first time zip-lining. Diana and Alex were our transportation and guides to the rainforest. They stopped on the way there to show us some howler Monkeys and beautiful birds. The guide at the rainforest was Kennedy and he was so passionate and knowledgeable. When we finished the hike, we went zip-lining over 11 different lines. The first few were a bit terrifying for me but I soon got used to it and it felt natural and super fun! After the tour Diana, Alex, my husband and I went to grab some lunch at a hidden gem in Limon right on the ocean. We had great conversation and learned so much!
