Even though the Sheik Faisal museum was closed in Sunday and we were not aware of it until the prior day of the tour, we had a great time with George our guide, who took us to 5 different museums that we enjoyed greatly including the National Museum, the Islamic museum snd the Sport Museum plus Al Jezeera and Modern Art, we also visited the National Library, we saw a lot and learned a lot. George was attentive to our needs and questions and he had lots of info to give us. We recommend this tour. And we Thanks George for such a great time
Dear Pilar_A, Thank you so much for your time to make a review with a perfect score. Glad you like the tour with Mr. George, indeed his one of our best tour guide in our team. Enjoy your day.
Booked this tour months ago. Requested to substitute one of the museums and the tour company confirmed right away. The Sunday morning of the tour the driver arrived on time and quickly let us know he didn't have a clue as to where he was supposed to be taking us. After I showed him the text with the company confirming the itinerary, he informed us that the museum that I had requested (and was most interested in seeing) was closed on Sundays. So we canceled the tour and the company immediately refunded the over $400 we had paid for the day. Happy we got our money back but a wasted day of vacation.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry you had a bad experience. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately.” We’ll strive to do better.
Jay was wonderful and great fun Museums are clean and easy to manage. COVID does t allow to touch screens and makes it a little difficult to understand sometimes
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star rating - it's much appreciated!
