A great way to be introduced to the city. We enjoyed the tour very much and it was interesting to hear all of the little details and stories about Aix. It was very enjoyable and entertaining. Our children (12,11,8) also made the trek and did fine.
Thank you, Robert! I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed the tour — your kids did great! It was a pleasure sharing the stories of Aix with you all. Wishing you more wonderful adventures ahead!
The tour was brilliant!! I have been visiting different cities and countries all over Europe and South America and this would have to be the standout tour. The tour guide, Ben, made it very engaging and he had plenty of great information. Even though I had stayed in the city for a few weeks prior to the tour, there was still plenty more to learn and discover. Ben also explained the story of Aix and then showed us some great eating spots, markets, and historical sites of the city. He carried himself very professionally, explained things in great detail, he was pleasant, very knowledgeable not just on the city but the history which brought the city to life. I would highly recommend Ben's tour, he was fantastic!! I wanted to know more and wished the tour had not finished.
What a joy to hear your experience with us was so positive. Thank you for touring with AixTours!
A great guide, very knowledgeable and funny! He had the most interesting stories- arts, culture, history, and more recent information. Thank you!
So happy to know you had a memorable time! I aim to make every tour informative and enjoyable.
We had a really informative and fun tour with Ben. We learned a lot about Aix en Provence as we made our way through its streets, with Ben regaling us with stories and facts not only of the town and its history but also of its people. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. If you’re looking for a tour then this is not to be missed!! 😀
Merci for the glowing review! I take great pride in what I do, and I'm happy it shows.
Amazing experience! Really recommend it. What a better way than to explore the markets with a local! We had a lot of fun!!
Your support and encouragement mean a lot. Thank you for joining me !
Benjamin was a fantastic guide. We would give more than 5 stars if that was possible. The markets were amazing and we also received history lessons every where that we went. He, being a local, was well versed in the area. He showed us the best spots to eat and drink. The charcuterie board was, perhaps, the best we ever had. My wife and I wish we had done this earlier in our trip because we learned so much about the city. Highly recommended !!
Thanks George for your kind words and amazing generousity! Was a true pleasure to show you both around Aix and would have loved to spend more time with the both of you - great company! All the best to both of you :)
We have a very interesting tour with lots of history of the city and some humorous anecdotes from Benjie the tour leader.
Thanks for the review, though you did the historical tour not the food tour - haha
