This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and brought amazing charisma and energy to the entire day. She was a phenomenal tour guide. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe and cared for the entire experience. She knew all the best places to stop, even went the extra mile of dropping me off at my hotel after we were done. I would recommend to anyone and everyone and look forward to booking another experience with her and her family if I should ever come back!
This tour was one of the best I have ever done. A full day taking in the very best of Provence, beautiful ancient hill villages, castles, fields of Lavender and culminating with the amazing Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard. Our guide was Gordana, her vehicle was spotless and comfortable with welcome, efficient Air-Con. Gordana was amazing, keeping us to schedule so we missed nothing, but never rushed. This a whistle-stop tour so as to see so much but Gordana ensured we had some time to have a wander around each place, and we had more than an hour for lunch in Rousillon, and some time walking through the lavender! She is hugely knowledgeable on all facets of the area and gave us a brief history of each place or site in addition to the agriculture of the area – the vines, the olives, the lavender – and of course the Mistral. Gordana is passionate about Provence and this was infectious, and all with such a sense of fun throughout the day. I arrived back in Avignon enthralled by the experience – I even in proved my French! Une journée à ne jamais oublier! I thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore a lot of Provence in one day, in such a pleasant way. Merci beaucoup Gordana
We loved this well priced day tour in a small group with our very informative guide Gordana. The weather was very hot but we were comfortable in the air conditioned bus with water supplied. And she took us to all the places of interest on our list and more, so that it was a very satisfying day. Thank you very much Gordana.
Gordana has done tours for 20 years and is knowledgeable about every part of Provence. Her English is wonderful and she is friendly and fun ! She knew the highlights and areas to skip that where many tourists would spend time for little reward. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Provence !
Emily is very helpful and friendly. She provided lots of background information about the sites we visited. She also gave all passengers bottles of water. It was important as the weather was extremely hot.
Eric was our tour guide and he was amazing! Very engaging and had a lot of information to share. Was crazy to me that he has only been speaking English for about a year and a half but you would never know! The suggestions for places to spend more time and less time were spot on. He shared lunch suggestions as well which was a great sandwich. Overall was a spectacular day!
I sent my family on this tour, and they loved it. Thank you!
Gordana and her daughter Emily deliver a wonderful tour that covers breathtaking scenery combined with in depth information about everything you are seeing. Plenty of time to explore on your own as well. Much better experience than being herded with a huge group on a bus. You are comfortable and well taken care of all day. They are fun, energetic and truly love people and area! Don’t have any doubts about booking with them!
Our guide was Eric. With a wealth of background knowledge, thoughtfulness, and humor, he led us to the most beautiful places. He drove us safely and comfortably, and his charm ensured that the fellow travelers communicated harmoniously with one another. An unforgettable tour, thank you Eric.
