07:30 - Pick-up from your hotel and departure towards Chablis. The journey covers approximately 190 km on a highway in our comfortable, air-conditioned car. The drive takes around 2.5 hours, including a short stop at a rest area.
10:15 - 11:30 - Arrival in the Chablis region. Enjoy a guided visit to the Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine, located amidst picturesque vineyards. Discover the winemaking process and the distinctions between Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru during a cellar tour and a tasting of 5 wines, paired with cheese.
11:30 - 12:30 - Experience a second wine tasting at a local family-owned winery, where you'll sample 5 to 9 wines, including Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
12:30 - 14:00 - Free time for lunch in Chablis village. Stroll through this charming town or opt for a gastronomic restaurant reservation (meal cost paid directly at the restaurant).
14:00 - 15:00 - Visit Maison Régnard, a prestigious winery established in 1860. Enjoy a guided tasting of 5 wines, with insights from a local sommelier.
15:00 - 16:00 - Conclude the wine tour with a visit to La Chablisienne, one of the most renowned wine cooperatives in the region. Enjoy a tasting of 5 wines, guided by a sommelier. 16:00 - Departure for Paris (approx. 2.5 hours drive with one rest stop).
18:30 - 19:00 - Arrival in Paris (depending on traffic and your hotel location). Drop-off at your hotel.
