In the fertile valley of the Beqaa, there’s a famous winery called Ksara. A tour in the winery's caves can help discovering its history and the conditions of producing and preserving the wine in addition to tasting some basic wine.
Established in 1990 on a hill overlooking the Bekaa valley, this winery produce high quality wine due to the fertility of Beqaa soil where located its vineyards.
The castle is built in 1946 in the West Bekaa Valley, on an artificial hill used by the Romans centuries ago to observe their enemies troop movements.

Can't recommend this tour highly enough. The tasting was well organised and hosted by very knowledgeable staff and our guide was very friendly. Ksara was the best and I loved the other wineries.
