- At time of booking, all guests must provide: pick up location and mobile/cellular telephone number. In addition, if airport or cruise terminal pick up: name of carrier; flight number or ship name.
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Children ages 0-4 must be accompanied by a child safety seat. Children ages 4-8 must come with a booster seat. The use of these seats by children is required by law. A tour with children ages 8 or younger cannot commence without the appropriate booster or child safety seat.

Wonderful experience! We took our teenagers to NYC for their Spring break, we are super happy we booked this day trip, Scott is AMAZING, very knowledgeable, kind and the BEST tour guide we have ever had. We were able to see all the popular monuments, experience the caption and learn so much as a family. This is one of our most memorable family trips! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this trip with Scott!

This is a must do trip if you want to see Washington in a day. Scott, collected us exactly on time in a very smart mini van. This is a long but excellent day. You get to see and visit all of the key sites and Scott’s knowledge brings the whole trip to life. The tour inside the Capitol buildings are a must. We took Scott’s recommendation and ate in the Baltimore Diner on the way back. This rounded off a superb day. Thank you Scott

We booked a private guided day trip tour of DC from NYC. Scott, our tour guide, picked us up at our hotel in NYC and drove us to DC for a full afternoon and early evening tour of the major institutions and monuments in DC, with his full and informative narration. Transportation was by a clean and comfortable mini-van. Scott was fantastic. It was like making a new friend who took us around town. We had an amazing trip with Scott. We wanted to personalise our own trip to Washington DC and that is what Scott gave us, he ensured we saw everything we wanted to see and was very informative and knowledgeable. Our highlight was visiting Arlington Cemetery watching the changing of the guards and then finding (eventually, no fault of Scotts) the graves of 3 military personnel killed in Somalia, he was very patient and respectful, we really appreciate him assisting us with this as this had personal meaning to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip including lunch at the Congress Building. We would definitely recommend Scott and for people to do a personalised tour, you get to see what you want to see and take the time in the places that mean the most to you. Thanks Scott
