It was a wonderful experience eating delicious vegan street food in parts of Sài Gòn that were very local and not touristy, I ate and drank so much, I nearly burst! It was worth it, despite the expensive price! My guide Bao was amazing and a great guy too!
It was an amazing experience ..... & my tour guide "Lena " was wonderful
I had a great time and really enjoyed the tour. Kristen was an excellent guide and did a great job explaining the local food as well as the history of the areas we visited around the city. As a solo traveller I felt really comfortable on this tour.
I had a fantastic time trying a variety of Vietnamese dishes but vegetarian to suit my dietary needs. My guide Dominic was easy to communicate with prior to the tour starting to arrange a meetup spot and was punctual and excited for the tour, he got to know what foods I do/don’t love and ordered food for me that he knew I would love, and of course I absolutely loved it all! We had sweet and savoury options and I left feeling so full and satisfied! Also hats off to Dominic for being flexible with where we stopped due to closures with the Tet celebrations. It can be difficult being vegetarian in new countries so if you are also vegetarian or vegan I would recommend this tour to broaden your knowledge on Vietnamese dishes you can enjoy! I enjoyed walking through the food/flower market and sitting down to eat as well as riding to the different districts for new food spots.
We really enjoyed this food tour. Xinh and Mimi were excellent guides and really good drivers. There were no other guests so we had a personal tour which was great!
We did the vegan food tour and loved the food as well as all the information we got about Vietnamese culture and the city of Ho Chi Minh. Leon, Andy, Tom and Haland were really great guides. The food was very tasty and they answered all of our questions.
We had so much fun flying through rush hour traffic on scooters! Kai and Ryan were so much fun, great drivers and tour guides. We got to try lots of local foods - banh xeo, broken rice, spring rolls, banh mi etc. All delicious!
We had the best time on this tour with Ted and Win! We tried so many things we had never tasted before and went to many local places we would not have been able to discover on our own. Highly recommend
We had an excellent your with Ted and Win. Incredibly delicious food, interesting stories, fun motorbike ride around the city. Couldn't recommend it more
We had only one day in Ho Chi Minh, and this tour absolutely ticked all our boxes. Our guide Wisky was charming, knowledgeable and friendly. We got to try some wonderful authentic Vietnamese street food that accommodated our vegetarianism, and learnt lots about the spiritual and cultural history of the city on the way. We had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all - whilst navigating the chaotic city traffic on a motorbike (and safely). Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the city from a local’s perspective. We will definitely do it again :)
