Our driver will pick you up from your preferred location in Udaipur and take you on a journey to explore the picturesque villages surrounding the city. Exploring the villages around Udaipur offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and spiritual experiences.
Lake Badi is an artificial freshwater lake located about 12 km from Udaipur in Rajasthan. It was constructed by Maharana Raj Singh I in the village of Badi to mitigate the impact of a severe famine. The lake was originally named Jiyan Sagar in honor of his mother, Jana Devi.
Bahubali Hills is a renowned Jain pilgrimage site, regarded as an Atishaya Kshetra, meaning a place of miracles. The site is home to a majestic 28-foot-tall idol of Lord Bahubali, located at the base of the hill, visible from kilometers away. To reach the idol, visitors must climb 50 steps leading up the hill.
Ubeshwar Mahadev Temple is a prominent Lord Shiva temple located on a lush green hill in the Ubeshwar area of Udaipur, Rajasthan. Known for its serene ambiance, the temple features a holy pond within its premises, where devotees can perform ritual bathing. It is a significant spiritual site in Udaipur, attracting visitors for both its religious importance and tranquil surroundings.

My wife and I had a wonderful tribal village tour with Mr. Salim Khan. He is very knowledgeable about the local areas and countryside. We truly enjoyed meeting the tribal families and children and learning about their simple, friendly way of life. It was a very authentic and memorable experience. We loved our tour with Salim to the countryside near Udaipur. It was so interesting. We decided to go by the tuktuk, much fun. We visited a small village of one of the tribes of the area, so authentic rural India. Salim even arranged our lunch at a family.

It was a tour of a small rural village in Udaipur. Very authentic and breathed a lot of peace. Salim is a very nice person who cares to make you feel comfortable during the tour, as well as explaining things about the village and India in general. The duration of the tour is fine and overall is a recommended experience.

We absolutely loved our day with Salim who showed us real village life, helped us to talk to people and he also took us into the mountains and some less visited spots around Udaipur. It was really really great, very beautiful and fascinating. Salim also filled us in about so much about life in India. He was fabulous company and we are very grateful.

I've been to India numerous times as a photographer and I can honestly say that this is by far the greatest tour I have taken. I almost never take tours as a rule, except for Food, but I was drawn to the chance to get out of the city and into the villages. I'm so glad I did. Salim is an unforgettable guide; honest, genuine, knowledgeable and, above all, friendly with a ready smile and a great sense of humour. Salim was a very helpful and courteous driver who took me to the most beautiful scenic view points followed by an informative tour of a local Village. It was such an interesting and worthwhile visit to see local houses , children and farming I was welcomed by all. After reading the reviews we decided this would be a great way to spend a day in the villages outside Udapuir. Salim was a perfect choice and his car very comfortable. His son Sadiq took us to the airport this morning to continue our tour of India. Thank you both,we loved meeting the children and their mothers. They seemed to enjoy having their photos taken so I will share some here.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the tour at short notice due to illness. Salim responded very friendly and because you couldn't get a refund at Tripadvisor, he instead offered us the transfer two days later to the airport for free. He didn't have to do that and that was very fair and friendly. That day his son Sajid drove. He was very punctual and friendly, the car very comfortable and clean.
