07:30 Deprture to Chablis, Pick up from your hotel. Nicnamed the ''Golden Door of Burgundy,' the charming village of Chablis is only 180km from Paris (about 2 hours).
10:15-12:00 Arrival in Chablis area. Visit of Jear-Marc Brocard Domaine surrounded dy the vineyards with Cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with cheese: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will give You all explanations about the process of wine making in Chablis and point out the differences between Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
12:00-12:45 Arrival in Chablis village.Wine tasting dy one of the local Chablis wine producers with 5 to 9 wines: Petit Chablis, Chablis , Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru accompanied dy the local cheeses plate.
12:45-14:15 lunch. If you want we can make a restaurant reservation for you. Alternative wiuld de to drop your off for 2 hours in the city center. You can choose yourself any of cafes or restaurants.
14:15-15:00 Wine tating with history
15:00-16:00 Visit and wine tasting
16:00-18:00 Return to Paris takes approximately 2 haurs
