Our scheduled departure from the ship was moved up by an hour less than 24 hours before our scheduled pick up. Jen, our driver was responsive to the change and was waiting for us as we departed the ship. She was personable and professional.
The only issue is that the driver left us at the check in and we had to make other arrangements for the 3/4 mile uphill in the pouring rain drive to the hotel room(we couldn't have walked that with luggage)
On time pick up at hotel, on time drop off at cruise terminal. Informative narration along the way was great.
