What to expect for Pickup at Airport: There will be a representative waiting to greet you upon your exit from their airport. Your name will be on a sign with our Logo to signal that we are your transport service. Afterwhich, you will be taken to the vehicle and get assistance to get your luggage in the vehicle. You will travel in a modern air-conditioned vehicle. Your only job is to sit back and relax. Feel free to ask our driver any questions about our beautiful little island and our driver will happily share his knowledge. The driver can also give you recommendations about the best places to visit based on your preferences. What to expect for Pickup at the Hotel: Prior to the day of your departure, you will be assigned and made aware of a pickup time based on the time of your flight. Pickup for Departure is calculated by the time it takes to transport you to the airport plus two hours. On the day, your driver will be waiting for you at least 10 minutes before the pickup time in the lobby area to take you back to the airport.

In December 2023 had the opportunity to use Great Vibes Tour Jamaica. It was an amazing experience, customer service was on point and they were prompt. Driving in Jamaica is really not for the faint hearted, but when I tell we were so relaxed on this drive to the country through the hills, it was unreal! I made a decision on this trip that all my Jamaica trips will be booked with Great Vibes Tour going forward. I would recommend Great Vibes Tour Jamaica to anyone looking for comfortable, relaxing experiences with great pricing. So of course 2024 family trip we had to book with Great Vibes again! For our excursions everyone was impressed with the recommendations and the timing. They were always on time!
Dangerous and horrible experience . How about getting a call on WhatsApp from a company telling you the driver who is currently driving the car with you and your family is a criminal. How about your driver and the caller cursing each other out in a country you know nothing about with the driver unable to answer questions. The experience was the worse ever and I would not recommend booking this transport.. Go with a group
With all due respect, this client I met at the airport The driver then went for the car another driver came to him with a sign with his name he went with the driver not the great vibes tour driver he just went off with the random guy so please don't blame us
