Pickup Locations & Times
**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

- Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
- Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
- Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
- Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

They picked us up at Cancun airport, but don’t believe what they say. There’s meet you at our particular place was the at the Margaritaville bar with our name and we waited for about 45 minutes and kept calling the company and they didn’t answer and then one time they didn’t answer and said oh no he’s at the parking lot and in number 40 My wife walked all the way around that parking lot until she found number 40 and she has spoke to it. The gentleman didn’t have our name on the no sign on the vehicle nothing so she had to talk to him and say hey by the way, are you with that company and that he said yes she asked him how long he was waiting. He said oh maybe 15-20 minutes. We had booked a round-trip, but after considering it when we got to the hotel finally we decided to get a hold of Viator for a refund for the pick up from our resort and we had no confidence that they would get us to the airport on time to get our flight home! Viator did get us a refund for the one way after all they did transported us to the hotel. That’s all I asked for. Thank you, Viator!!!

According to our records and standard airport procedures, passengers are provided with detailed meeting instructions and drivers are assigned to designated waiting areas within the transportation zone. In this case, the driver was assigned and present at the confirmed location within the expected timeframe. However, we understand that despite this, the connection between passenger and driver was not as clear as it should have been, which led to unnecessary frustration and delay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and for the impact it had on your overall experience, particularly after a long travel day. They were on time, extreamly gracious and went out of their way for my daughter and her fiancé who were arriving to get married in Cancun. Would recommend them to anyone!
We landed a bit behind our time but the company was waiting for us upon our arrival. Very friendly driver and fast drop off at the hotel and same for our return .
