Pickup Locations & Times
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your Pickup Transfer at SJO Intl. Airport Juan Santamaría and Destination location in Jacó. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your airport shuttle services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seats or baby car seats for children are needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type. Our airport transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private shuttle service trip at no cost for you. Once your International flight landed the next step is Immigration and Baggage Claim and Custom Control that could it takes 25 minutes or more than 1 hour by passing through the outside passenger exit doors hall area. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

Francisco was SO wonderful! He was very communicative from the start and knew exactly when our flight landed and was waiting for us exactly where we had agreed to meet, with a sign with my name on it and everything! Also, he had cold waters ready for us, which were welcomed after a long day of travel. Further, he had a lot of interesting fun facts about the area and Costa Rica in general - I feel like I learned SO much from him in a short amount of time. He's a very safe driver and got us to Jaco easily and without issue. He also told us about and made time to stop on the Crocodile Bridge on our way to Jaco - so cool and great way to go the extra mile. We liked him so much we booked him for our return to the airport a week later. Francisco, thanks for the safe trip, fun facts, and for being such a thoughtful and kind person! 🙏🏻

Francisco was awesome!! Our flight was delayed multiple times and ended up coming in late at night. Francisco was communicative and ensured an on-time pick up regardless. He was knowledgeable and gave us helpful and interesting information throughout the drive. He navigated the roads, dropped us off exactly where we needed to go, and did it with a smile despite the late hour. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to my transport back to the airport!!
