Our driver from Mérida to Cancun was wonderful. He reached out the day before to confirm all of the details, arrived a bit early, and helped us with our bags right away. He also provided water, and the vehicle was very comfortable. The drive time was exactly as expected, and the entire ride was smooth and easy from start to finish. Excellent service. I booked this as a transfer service only (no sigh seeing) because I had to make my way from Merida to Cancun for an early flight. We had to leave at 4:30 AM. The driver was exactly on time, and we arrived at the airport exactly when the operator said we would.
