0 stars! Joseph the driver you sent us was the worse person! He didn't want to turn on the AC in his old van. The front door didn't open/work and he told us to pay him extra to use the AC because petrol gas was expensive. We were sweating. He also insulted my husband by telling him my name and that I was my husband's boss in front of my kids also. He also asked for me to take his number and call him separately for business. He then called my husband crazy. Joseph is the crazy one! He is an idiot! Very unprofessional.
Jose - our driver was very patient as we worked our way through customs and to the meeting area. He called to let us know he was at the airport and, as this was our first time in Lisbon, that gave us some much welcome assurance. Jose was very kind and we arrived at our hotel safely.
Jose was a very nice driver!! Good communication. Although his English wasn't perfect, he tried and we hadnocommunication issues.
