We booked airport transfer to and from our hotel for a group of 10 people and were assigned two minivans. The cars were comfortable and the drivers were on time, helpful, friendly and very professional. Great service that made our arrival to and departure from Rome easy and efficient.

Airport to hotel- no meeting instructions. Took 15 mins to get directions, only to walk to a completely different terminal and then a garage. Driver late. Driver asked us to look up address for hotel vs being proactive in his understanding of knowing destination.
Excellent service, they were on time for us at the airport. They helped us with the bags. The transfer was very good. Everything perfect:)
