It was such an easy transfer. Bart was communicative and easy to find. He was friendly and told us a bit about the area as we drove from Brussels to Bruges. The car was very comfortable and water provided.

I was notified that my drive would meet us at our arrival time with an email and a text. I had downloaded Whatapp since I was not sure my cell would work. I walked right up to him and he called us by our last name. He took my suitcase and we walked to the car. It was a spacious Mercedes van. He answered questions for us and was very friendly. We will use the service again and highly recommend.
