We used Angkor Cab to get from Siem Reap to Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok airport). It cost us $175 for a total trip of 6h30. As agreed, a driver, driving a comfortable SUV, picked us up at our hotel and took us to Poipet, where we crossed the border alone, following his instructions. On the other side, a counterpart, driving the same type of vehicle, and who had received our photo, was waiting for us and drove us to Suvarnabhumi. On both sides, the same professionalism, punctuality and kindness. Of course, if you look hard, you could find an equivalent benefit for $10 or $15 less, but the gentleman who owns this modest company is honest and transparent, and I think his rates are the most accurate, given the seriousness of the service provided. Recommended company.
