Visit central Angkor Thom (Bayon consists 54towers and 216faces of Buddhisatva Avalokesvara) which was built by the Angkor’s greatest King Jayavaraman VII at the end of 12th , Baphoun which was the one the most spectacular temples in its heyday, Terrace of Elephant which was used for the public ceremonies and served as the stage for the king’s grand audience hall, Terrace of leper king one of Angkor’s mysteries, the ancient Royal Palace Phimeanakas.
Visit the fabulous Ta Prohm temple which is embraced by the enormous fig trees. It has left in much the same condition in which it was found. The gigantic roots of the fig trees embraced the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of the Angkor’s most popular temples.
Afternoon: Visit Banteay Kdei was built by the King Jayavarman VII in the late of 12th century to the early of 13th century. The temple sprawling, largely non-restored, monastic complex in much the same style of Ta Prohm temple.

Spent today with Chanthy (Indiana Jones) at a full day sunrise Angkor Wat private tour. My family (husband and teenage son) enjoyed his vast historical knowledge, eye for perfect photo locations, friendliness, and strong English skills. We learned a lot about the Cambodian culture and temple evolution through history. We visited 4 different temples, and the lunch location was clean with good local options. Our driver David was super helpful with cold towels and bottled water for each stop since it was hot. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this tour!

We start the day, watching the sunrise over a temple and visited three other temples. Our guide, Vuthy, a former temple boy, was very knowledgeable, not only the temple background but the relevant Cambodia history. It’s an effort to visit all four temples and heat, but you have a break halfway through for a late breakfast and you make it to the end.
Great tour we had Mr T as are guide and Ta as the driver. Mr T had great knowledge of each temple making it very enjoyable.
