That it can be difficult to communicate with the driver when he doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish. We had an address drop off change it was difficult for him to understand that he could not take us directly to the ship, but he eventually understood and all turned out fine.

Our driver arrived as scheduled (was waiting for us!). The ride to our drop off location was the best route and the driver helped with all our luggage.
