Private Transfer from Hurghada To Luxor

Punctual and even ahead of 45min. Comfortable vehicle. Driver would occasionally look at his mobile while driving. His motive beeped all the time. No explanation at first to tell us when was the 10min break. No bottle of water. A bottle of water would have been appreciated.

We definitely got there in one piece. 😅 Driver was friendly and made additional stops for us. Driver was speedy to the point where we felt unsafe at times. Very inappropriate imagery in the trunk of the car.

Absolutely smashing, tip-top. Contact made with the agent a few days prior to the trip and through WhatsApp was able to easily send the required information (passport details (required for tourists), hotel pick and drop off locations). Great communications from the agent and a hassle free, stress free, journey. Our driver was courteous, prompt, impeccably presented car, and managed to find our drop off location much better than our UK travel agent did! A great experience, thank you.

Our driver, Karim, was outstanding and the car was super comfortable. The downside of this booking is the handling of communication by Nice Tours. Not having received the details for the meeting with the driver, I wrote to them via whatsapp and they only replied the night before the transfer, asking me at that point for passports and confirmation of the meeting point (initially they had even confused the route I booked). I therefore recommend contacting them at least a couple of days before the time of booking so as to avoid spending a sleepless night on their mobile phone with them since they have totally out of step response times. The same morning of booking they never answered my further request for information on the license plate of the car, necessary to be able to access the driver to the resort as they were OOO.

We booked a private transfer from Hurghada to Luxor, which according to the booking should start at 5:00 am. Unfortunately, we were only picked up at 5:45 a.m. While the company has apologised and explained that the driver was stopped at a border, I think it is important to take such contingencies into account when planning – especially if it happens more frequently. It was particularly disappointing that we did not receive a partial refund despite the delay that affected our entire daily routine. In my opinion, we would have been entitled to this, but Viator refused to pay back even a cent without giving any reasons for it. Overall, the Service was very unprofessional and disappointing. I therefore cannot recommend booking anything here – reliability and customer friendliness look different to me.
