This was my first time using Viator and I was very pleased with the experience. I tried it due to the great reviews Viator has. I booked a pick up from Guangzhou airport to hotel. My flight was cancelled which Viator responded to quickly. I got a new ticket but my flight kept getting delayed so I arrived the next morning at 5 am and worried if my booking expired since it was one day delayed. Luckily the driver was there waiting with a sign and he was so kind. He couldn’t speak English but he knew our destination so it was not an issue. The car was big and very clean and comfortable to drive in. There was water in the car as well. Overall really good experience and I will use them again.
