- In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer
- Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time
- In case of a flight diversion to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will not take place and it will not be refundable

The tour was wonderful, Venice is a dream and this day tour was enough to see the main attractions. The guide Constantino was excellent and, among other languages, speaks Portuguese. The restaurant recommended for lunch was perfect, as was the driver Giancarlo. Unforgettable tour
