Excellent experience. I used them 3 times during my trip in Colombia. Excellent communication to the booker via WhatsApp, cars were new and drivers very nice.
Very pleased with the communicaton before hand and the driver’s ability to connect despite limited English. Felt very safe on the ride in the mercedes minivan. Would absolutely use again.

They are super professional! I was in Colombia with some friends a few weeks ago and we hired them to pick us up in Cartagena and take us to Tayrona. They were punctual and very helpful. Also, I forgot a jacket at the hotel in Tayrona and they did me the favor of picking it up and taking it to a friend in Cartagena so she could bring it to me in Spain (I had already left Colombia when I realized I had forgotten it). They were super super friendly! A 10!!!

A.O. de Viages TQ has to be the best private transportation car & van I ever used anywhere of the many international trips I have taken. Our family of 6 and luggage were accommodated in spacious late model Mercedes vans. The professionalism of the drivers and easy communication with office made our travels through Colombia memorable. Always on time from our first pickup in Cartagena to getting us up to Minca on some tricky roads to where we were staying and weeks later picking us in Santa Marta and returning us to Cartagena was flawless, We had two different drivers who were excellent and calm. Truly a gold standard company. that I can highly recommend and will definately use when I return to Colombia !

Made a nice stop in Barranquilla at a food court next to the Magdalena River. Better food and atmosphere than you'd see in USA. Crepes and fried yucca were excellent.

We flew to Cartagena and were given all kinds of Service, from airport pickup and hotel transfer, to two days transportation to Santa Marta/Tayrona to the hotel, and to 3 days transportation to Valledupar. We were lucky to meet a driver (Carlos) who is as well as prudent is very friendly. At all times we feel safe, confident and informed about tourist sites to visit. The company is on the lookout for wasap at all times which facilitates management. They are fast and give tailored solutions. Highly recommended.
